ILUX has taken over the IT support for Cambridge and London-based Limetree Financial Services and Huntingdon mortgage advisors Hammonds.
With over 75 year’s industry experience, Limetree Financial Services offer advice on all types of financial products including mortgages, insurance and wills.
Hammonds Mortgage Services offer products from a range of providers including high-street banks and specialist lenders to offer exclusive deals.
The two companies were looking for a new IT support partner that could not only offer them an ongoing helpdesk function, but also a team that could ensure their data was secure and constantly monitored.
Sian Hammond, MD of Limetree said: “Given the volatile nature of the market at the moment, our business needs to utilise the very best technology to help us find great deals for our clients and protect their investments. ILUX offered us the technical skills we need but will also work alongside us as our business grows and adapts.”
James Hammond, MD of Hammond Mortgages said: “We’ve been really pleased with the level of service so far. The ILUX team took time to understand our business, learn our systems and get to know our staff. They had us up and running from day one with minimum disruption to our day-to-day business.”
Chris Brown, Technical Account Manager at ILUX said: “As with all heavily regulated businesses, Limetree and Hammonds need us to not only be responsive but also to protect their data and keep their business secure. Our 24/7 monitoring will highlight any threats to their business and often, we will fix them before they are even aware.”
