New client: Exhibiting trust in IT support – working with Korten

ILUX has joined forces with exhibition design and production specialists Korten, managing their IT support.

Korten, based in Cambridgeshire, provide exhibition and event services for organisations around the world. The company has 50 years experience and works with businesses to design and manage exhibitions stands, delivering unique displays for companies including Edwards Lifesciences, Joules Clothing and Carrier Transicold.

They also offer custom built glamping pods and shelters that are sold across the UK to holiday and leisure parks.

They began looking for a new supplier earlier in the year to take over their IT support, act as their internal helpdesk function, and manage their IT infrastructure.

Cormac Starling, Project Manager for Korten said: “It’s great to get ILUX onboard and start working with them. They will free us up to focus on our core business, safe in the knowledge that our IT is being handled quickly and efficiently.”

Chris Brown, Technical Account Manager at ILUX commented: “Korten is a fast-moving business that needs to answer demands from its customers quickly. Our service desk team have been getting up to speed with the business and finding out how they work so we are available whenever they need us.”
