A veteran Royal Navy Submarine Underwater Warfare Tactician and Training Officer, Tim migrated to Brazil after service to teach Aviation Theory and Service Desk management of a support desk for Siemens Enterprise Communication (Now “Unify”) in Sao Paulo.
When relocating back to the UK, he managed a Customer Service desk for Mercedes-Benz Finance, specialising in end-of-contract support and then worked as a Project Implementation Manager for an HR, Time & Attendance and Payroll software provider, Civica.
Tim joined ILUX in November 2023 to work closer with customers and provide them with the best experience possible.
